As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will take full charge of warehouse operations, ensuring smooth functioning of inventory flow, storage, and dispatch. You will lead the warehouse team, maintain compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and drive operational efficiency in line with Salad Days’ quality commitment.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Manage inventory control, stock audits, and ensure accuracy of MIS reports.
Implement FIFO and FEFO methods for food items to maintain freshness and reduce wastage.
Supervise a team of warehouse staff and allocate resources effectively.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations.
Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability.
Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve space utilization and efficiency.
Monitor vendor deliveries, returns, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Prepare and analyze warehouse performance reports and suggest process improvements.
Handle escalation and problem resolution related to warehouse operations.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in QSR / Cloud Kitchen / FMCG / Food & Beverage sector.
Proven experience at Assistant Manager level or higher, managing end-to-end warehouse operations.
Strong team management and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, MIS, and warehouse management software.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and compliance requirements.
