Warehouse Supervisor

Role Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail & fashion warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient inventory handling, and maintaining high standards of quality control and safety. This role is crucial in supporting retail operations by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of fashion merchandise.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and accuracy targets.
• Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
• Coordinate with retail teams and other departments to meet order fulfillment deadlines and resolve order issues.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to support a safe and efficient working environment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts, ensuring data accuracy in warehouse management systems.
• Assist in scheduling shifts and delegating tasks based on operational needs.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch times, stock levels, and staff performance.
• Support seasonal and promotional product rollouts with effective logistics and inventory planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a warehouse supervisor or similar role in a retail or fashion environment.
• Competency in using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Microsoft Office, and barcode scanning devices.
• Experience in operational optimization including advance Excel skills.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with fashion retail products, handling, and packaging requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
