Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee multi-location storage operations that include food & beverage goods, restaurant operating equipment (OE), and seasonal/event assets. The role will manage the receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of stock and assets, as well as monitor overseas shipments and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely arrival. This position requires strong organizational skills, experience in both F&B stock control and asset management, and the ability to coordinate with procurement, cost control, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations at the main store and coordinate with 2 off-site storage facilities
  • Receive goods and assets from overseas shipments and local suppliers, ensuring complete documentation (invoices, delivery notes, packing lists) and proper entry into the inventory system
  • Organize and track stock (F&B consumables, restaurant equipment, event assets, lighting, computers, seasonal/Ramadan equipment) across all storage locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through stock counts, variance checks, and reconciliations with system reports
  • Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) and proper storage standards (dry, chilled, frozen, and delicate equipment)
  • Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and the operational site to support daily operations and events
  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and organizational standards
  • Follow up on overseas shipments, coordinating with procurement, shipping agents, and customs to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare consolidated warehouse reports (stock movement, shortages, damages, variances) for management
  • Work closely with the Finance Department, ensuring invoices, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), and stock entries are accurate and submitted on time to support supplier payments
  • Maintain safety, cleanliness, and security standards across all warehouse locations
  • Collaborate with procurement, F&B, cost control, and event operations to align stock availability with operational needs
Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in hospitality/F&B
  • Experience handling both consumable goods and operating assets/equipment
  • Proven experience coordinating overseas shipments, customs clearance, and supplier follow-ups
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of inventory systems (SMACC, MC System, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation
  • Strong reporting and MS Excel skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
