    Financial Understanding:
   
   Financial understanding and work within the framework set by corporate finance.

    Assistance to Manager:
   
   Assists Line manager and any other operational functions impacted by the plan.

   Effective Communication: Coordinates and cooperates with supply planning and replenishment team, to ensure cost-efficient flow with high delivery service in entire value chain.

    Operational Plan
   
   : oversee all the orders are processed accurately within agreed parameters, Handle all ad hoc issues within warehouse & escalate to stakeholders.
  
 - 
   Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control measures, including accurate stock counts, cycle counting, and implementing inventory optimization techniques to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audit purposes.
  
 - 
   Master Data & system Errors: Ensure that basic Master Data are updated by GMD team, Communicate with ITSD team for system errors/ issues if required.
  
 - 
   Material Handling Equipment (MHE) & Warehouse Storage Equipment: Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure timely maintenance of equipment and predict warehouse maintenance. Establish clear procedures to guarantee timely, impartial, and compliant resolution for work accidents.
  
 - 
   Claim Handling: Managing claims related to products, including those that are damaged, missing, involved in vehicle accidents, or defective.
  
 - 
   Warehouse Capacity Utilization: Evaluates how efficiently a warehouse uses its space, resources, and equipment. High utilization results in cost savings, increased productivity, and better service levels.
  
 - 
   External Warehouse: Evaluate and select reliable external warehouse partners based on factors like quality, cost, location, and capabilities. Reduce expenses associated with external storage.
  
 - 
    Compliance with National & Company Standards
   
   : Ensures that the department complies with Arla Foods’ standards and policies as well as the applicable law.

  Educational background/Experience
 
- 
   Skilled education within logistics, Warehousing or equivalent.
  
 - 
   +2 years of experience with handling of goods, preferably food products.
  
 - 
   Organizational skills
  
 - 
   Have basic understanding about Logistic units. Coordinate with relevant functions to keep timely maintenance of material handling equipment’s
  
 - 
   General Competencies : English and IT skills on a high level
  
 -
