Warehouse Supervisor

A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch of goods. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and accurately. The Warehouse Supervisor maintains proper inventory levels through regular cycle counts, resolves discrepancies, and ensures all materials are handled, labeled, and stored correctly. They uphold safety standards by enforcing warehouse safety rules, conducting inspections, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support smooth workflow. The Warehouse Supervisor also drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
