Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse & Operations

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and proper documentation
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate logistics and deliveries to meet customer and sales deadlines
• Train, schedule, and supervise warehouse staff
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations

Sales & Customer Support

• Process sales orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure product availability and delivery commitments
• Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and order status
• Prepare sales invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation
• Support sales targets by ensuring fast and accurate order fulfillment
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery, stock, or order issues

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:

• warehouse : 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
