Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, put away, picking, packing, outbound, and quality control operations
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet daily operational targets
• Ensure compliance with SLA commitments and internal standards
• Monitor productivity and implement corrective actions
• Lead and manage a team of up to 30 employees
• Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts
• Minimize shrinkage, damages, and operational losses
• Ensure structured shift handover and operational continuity
• Enforce health and safety standards
• Monitor vendor performance and report non-conformities

Requirements

• High School Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or 3PL operations
• Previous supervisory or team leading experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Ability to work in shift based and high volume environments
• Languages: Arabic (Basic), English (Intermediate)
