Warehouse Supervisor

Utopia Brands is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and lead a team responsible for efficient receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

This role goes beyond supervision. It’s about ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and smooth logistics flow that supports a fast-moving global e-commerce business.

You will:
✔ Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order dispatch
✔ Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock reconciliation
✔ Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to maintain productivity and workflow efficiency
✔ Maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and operational procedures
✔ Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams for timely shipments
✔ Monitor warehouse performance and resolve operational issues quickly
