Warehouse Supervisor - I

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with strong organizational and analytical skills to oversee warehouse operations at Dmsons Metal Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse or logistics, possess negotiation skills to deal with vendors and dealers, and demonstrate responsibility in handling warehouse-related activities, including petty cash management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise overall warehouse operations including stock handling, storage.

Monitor and manage inventory records, ensuring accuracy in inward/outward stock entries.

Negotiate with vendors and dealers to ensure cost efficiency and timely supply of goods.

Handle petty cash expenses related to warehouse operations and maintain proper records.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.

Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for smooth flow of goods and documentation.
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate duties as required.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on stock movement, damages, shortages, etc.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of work experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and dealers.

Should be smart, proactive, and responsible in handling warehouse operations.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Inventory Management

Must be residing nearby Panvel, Vashi, or Taloja for ease of commute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
