Warehouse Supervisor - Plant Management Department Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant - Plant Management Department is responsible for supporting plant and warehouse operations by ensuring the safe, accurate receipt, storage, movement, and distribution of materials. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production requirements, and complying with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and plant procedures.

Responsibilities Warehouse & Plant Operations
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and shipments; prepare receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports when required.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Move, store, and organize inventory within the plant and warehouse using manual handling and mechanical equipment, including forklifts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and spare parts to the appropriate plant departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by entering and updating data in the LEAN system.
  • Assist in stock control, material tracking, and inventory organization within the plant warehouse.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety tools while performing assigned duties.
  • Keep warehouse and plant operational areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Report unsafe acts, near misses, incidents, and safety violations in accordance with company HSE policies.
  • Follow all plant safety rules, procedures, and emergency response guidelines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, plant, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Ability to operate warehouse and material-handling equipment (forklift license is an advantage).
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to use inventory or ERP systems (LEAN experience preferred).
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and plant operational standards.
