Responsibility

The team leader daily logistics operations within the plant, focusing on raw materials receipt and finished goods dispatch.

Manage and optimize storage solutions for raw materials and finished goods to ensure space utilization and inventory integrity.

Oversee inventory management processes including stock tracking, cycle counts, and reconciliation to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.

Coordinate shuttle operations between the warehouse and the plant to ensure timely and efficient material flow.

Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to align logistics activities with production schedules and customer delivery requirements.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, inventory accuracy, and transportation efficiency.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics activities to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Identify and resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements in all logistics operations..

Maintaining all system transactions on timely manner targeting 100% of stock accuracy
Working Conditions

This position requires regular presence on the plant floor and warehouse – 50% of times
-
This position requires to be present in plant with no working from home privilege
Qualification
-
Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in logistics supervision, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment – at least 5 years working experience

Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
