Warranty & Technical Support Engineer

Cairo, Egypt

Job Purpose

Manage all warranty operations and technical escalations in line with Stellantis policies and Peugeot brand standards. Ensure accurate claims processing, compliance with warranty audit requirements, and provide technical support to workshop and front-office teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all warranty claim processes and approvals in accordance with Stellantis policy
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of job cards, parts, and labor operations before submission
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures, service campaigns, and recall actions
  • Submit, monitor, and track all warranty claims through Stellantis Warranty systems
  • Analyze rejected claims and take corrective action to prevent recurrence
  • Coordinate technical escalations with Stellantis TechLine (TLR) and ensure timely resolution
  • Support workshop team with diagnosis, documentation, and technical bulletins
  • Manage warranty parts return, quarantine, and storage process as per Stellantis audit rules
  • Conduct periodic internal audits and warranty training for staff
  • Prepare and submit warranty performance reports and recovery analysis
  • Track and implement technical bulletins, recalls, and quality actions
  • Review job reworks and identify root causes and workshop process gaps
  • Act as the main technical point of contact with the distributor and Stellantis regional team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive/ mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in same field
  • Experience in a dealer or authorized service environment (preferably European brands)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS systems
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Stellantis training certifications preferred
