Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage warranty claims and support aftermarket parts operations. This dual-role position requires strong administrative skills, customer service experience, and technical knowledge of parts and service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Warranty Administration:
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
- Review repair orders to ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines
- Communicate with manufacturers and vendors regarding claim status and discrepancies
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and documentation
- Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt reimbursement
- Assist service advisors and technicians with warranty-related questions
Aftermarket Parts Support:
- Assist customers and internal staff in identifying and sourcing aftermarket parts
- Process parts orders, including receiving, stocking, and invoicing
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular stock checks
- Work with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
- Recommend parts and accessories based on customer needs and equipment specifications
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of parts inventory
General Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Collaborate with service, sales, and management teams
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, warranty policies, and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warranty administration, parts department, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or dealership management systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:
This position may require time in both office and warehouse/shop settings.
