Through recycling incentives, traceability technology, and community partnerships, we help households and businesses reduce waste, cut emissions, and transition toward a circular economy. Our clients include top FMCGs and hospitality brands. We are now expanding our commercial waste operations and seeking a dynamic operations leader to scale this offering.

Position Overview

We are hiring an Operations & Waste Solutions Manager to lead and grow our B2B waste management business. Your role is to build a service offering for corporate clients that rivals similar market players, integrating traceability, pricing models, vendor networks, and sustainability reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Waste Strategy

• Design and lead commercial waste solutions tailored to hospitality, retail, and corporate sectors
• Coordinate service onboarding for clients transitioning from existing contractors
• Develop sustainability-linked features such as waste audits and recycling traceability

Operations & Vendor Management

• Build and manage a network of collection vendors and recyclers
• Create pricing models for services and for the sale of recovered materials
• Monitor logistics, service SLAs, and compliance with local waste regulations

Technology & Reporting

• Oversee deployment of smart bins and AI-powered waste segregation systems
• Monitor and report data such as CO2 savings, recycling volumes, and impact metrics

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as lead operations contact for Mint’s B2B clients
• Collaborate with brand partners, local authorities, and compliance bodies
• Work with internal teams to deliver integrated recycling and incentive programs

Candidate Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, waste management, supply chain, or sustainability
• Proven background working with (or competing with) players like Alico Waste Management is preferred
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline
• Strong vendor negotiation, pricing strategy, and data reporting capabilities
• Familiarity with the recycling ecosystem in Pakistan (Karachi experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, impact-driven environments
