Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and vigilant Watchman to ensure the safety and security of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The Watchman will be responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to any security concerns in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and secure the premises, ensuring safety of property and tenants
• Control access to buildings and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, corridors, entrances, and surroundings.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and garbage disposal.
• Assist in moving furniture or equipment during tenant move-in or maintenance work
• Check lighting, water leaks, and report any damages or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Support maintenance team during inspections and unit handovers.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards while carrying out daily duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Watchman, Security Guard, or similar role in the UAE is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
• Good communication skills (basic English; Arabic is a plus).
• Physically fit .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,000.00 per month
