Waterproofing Foreman Job Summary

We are looking for a waterproofing foreman to join our construction team. Your primary function in this job is to manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers, ensuring they complete each project safely and on time. You will track and report on their progress to our construction management team and our clients throughout the project. Our ideal candidate has experience installing and repairing low slope roofs using single-ply, modified bitumen, asphalt shingles, and other common materials. For some of our clients, you may also oversee the installation of liquid-applied waterproofing materials or Polyurea.

Waterproofing Foreman Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of roof mechanics and laborers throughout installation, repair, or removal projects
• Supervise equipment use
• Track and report progress
• Ensure project specifications are followed
• Submit employee timesheets
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations

Roofing Foreman Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• State licensure
• Two or more years of construction experience, preferably in a supervisory role or as a roof waterproofing
• Familiar with roof waterproofing installations and repairs
• The English Language is a must-have
• A valid UAE driver's license is a must-have
• Physical stamina
• Organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
