Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services following European Wax Center standards, patterns, protocols and techniques.
• Build a book of business and retain guests using our rebook scripts & delivering the ultimate guest experience and 100% guest satisfaction.
• Educate guests on European Wax Center product line to enhance their overall experience and results.
• Uphold the brand standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in all waxing suites.
• Maintain Wax Specialist Key Performance Indicators (KPI) according to brand standard.
• Contribute to a positive and professional work environment upholding EWC core values.
• Train and role model the expected behaviors and processes put forward by European Wax Center.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
