Saturday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Thursday: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wax Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair removal techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Waxing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients feel comfortable and satisfied with their beauty treatments. This position requires expertise in body waxing and a willingness to learn additional services to enhance the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering product recommendations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in waxing and related beauty services.
• Assist clients with additional services such as hair threading, makeup application, and nail care as needed.
• Utilize Zenoti software for appointment scheduling, client management, and record keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for clients.

Experience

• Proven experience in body waxing is required
• A valid cosmetologist/ esthetician license is required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
