This role involves designing and implementing cutting-edge digital wayfinding and VR/AR solutions for stadiums, arenas, and sports complexes. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual design and development on platforms like Unity and Unreal Engine to integration with GIS, BIM, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with UX/UI teams and venue operators to enhance fan engagement, optimize visitor flow, and ensure seamless interoperability with existing venue management systems. 🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 7+ years of experience in wayfinding, VR/AR development, or smart venue technology implementation.

▸ Proven portfolio of successfully delivered projects in stadiums, large venues, airports, or smart cities.

▸ Expert proficiency with VR/AR development platforms such as Unity, Unreal Engine, and/or WebXR.

▸ Hands-on experience with digital wayfinding tools, SDKs, and indoor positioning systems (e.g., BLE beacons).

▸ Demonstrated experience integrating solutions with spatial data platforms like Digital Twin, GIS, or BIM.

▸ Strong skills in mobile application integration for both iOS and Android platforms.

▸ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a closely related field.

▸ Experience with system interoperability, connecting solutions to CCTV, crowd management, and IoT sensor networks.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.

▸ Professional certifications in VR/AR development or User Experience (UX).

▸ Experience collaborating directly with UX/UI design teams on visitor journey mapping.

▸ Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.

▸ Published work or presentations on topics related to smart venues or immersive technologies.
