Position: Cab Operator

Location: Islamabad (Office-based)
Shifts: Morning & Night
Salary Range: Upto 170,000/-

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer bookings through the Icabbi dispatch system
• Ensuring accurate and efficient dispatching of jobs to drivers
• Providing professional customer support via phone and system chat
• Maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience with the Icabbi Software (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage workload efficiently
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining performance standards
• Flexibility to work morning or night shifts
