- Provide accurate information about rides and games, including safety procedures and game rules.
- Answer customer queries effectively and courteously.
- Offer a personalized experience by up-selling products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure ride checklists are maintained and completed according to standards.
- Be knowledgeable about all arcade machines and rides at the center.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe station area.
- Follow company procedures for lost and found items and return customers' belongings after rides.
- Monitor patrons to ensure their safety and prevent any potential hazards.
- Explain safety procedures clearly before rides and guide customers on evacuation routes if needed.
- Respond to any customer complaints within 60 seconds and inform the supervisor immediately of any issues or concerns.
- Provide prompt and discerning customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Maintain a presentable, professional appearance and follow hygiene policies.
- Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and do not disclose any sensitive information.
- Discourage accepting gifts or tips from customers and follow the company's code of conduct.
- Report any technical, safety, or operational issues to the supervisor or technical team promptly.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Thorough knowledge of center products, rides, and systems.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and issues calmly and professionally.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for customer safety.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Education: Minimum Graduation.
Experience: 2 years preferably the hospitality industry.
Age: 18 to 28 years
