We Are Hiring Indonesian Marketing Specialist & Podcast Coordinator

Gallery Vision is a dynamic music distribution and media company dedicated to discovering, promoting, and empowering creative talent across the globe. We collaborate with musicians, influencers, and thought leaders to create impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences.

We are looking for a passionate Indonesian-speaking Marketing Specialist & Podcast Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about music, marketing, and content creation. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

1. Artist & Influencer Acquisition

• Identify, approach, and onboard new musicians, influencers, and well-known personalities within the Indonesian creative community.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with artists and partners.

2. Marketing & Outreach

• Conduct telecalling campaigns to introduce Gallery Vision’s services.
• Support marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and artist engagement.
• Assist in creating promotional content tailored to Indonesian audiences.

3. Podcast Coordination

• Schedule, organize, and coordinate podcast sessions with artists, influencers, and special guests.
• Ensure smooth communication and logistics between hosts, guests, and the production team.

4. Content Support

• Assist the editorial team in reviewing, editing, and finalizing content for publishing.
• Ensure content meets brand standards and aligns with Indonesian cultural sensitivities.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music, media, and digital content creation.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training and guidance will be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, telecalling, media coordination, or related fields (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with podcasting and digital content platforms.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for new trends in music and influencer culture.
