We are looking for purchase officer for restaurant chain in Lahore

Job Responsibilities – Purchase Officer (Restaurant Chain)

i: Manage end-to-end purchasing of food items, beverages, packaging, kitchen equipment, and consumables for multiple outlets.

ii: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

iii: Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings.

iv: Ensure procurement complies with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

v: Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and store teams to forecast demand and avoid stock shortages or wastage.

vi: Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across all branches.

vii: Prepare purchase orders, maintain procurement records, and ensure proper documentation.

viii: Track market trends and supplier pricing to optimize procurement strategies.

ix: Handle vendor performance evaluations and resolve supply-related issues promptly.

x: Ensure timely deliveries and follow up on pending orders.

xi: Support audits by maintaining accurate procurement and vendor records.

xii: Coordinate with finance/accounts for invoice verification and timely payments.

xiii: Must have knowledge and grip on PO (purchase order) & PR (purchase requisition) on the system.
