Job Description
1. Maintain working relationships with existing customers of the Client to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities for the Client by way of finding new customers and enhancing relationships with existing customers.
2. Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service / products categories offered by the Client and/or as prioritized by the Client.
3. Possess an in-depth knowledge of the Client’s products and services and be able to explain the same to the Client’s customers with ease.
4. Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate sales reports, proposals, packages, and other documentation as required on behalf of the Client for executive-level presentations.
5. Achieve sales goals set by the Client by assessing current client’s needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing the Client’s resources.
6. Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that the Client’s sales quotas and standards are being met, perform market research and regular competitor monitoring on behalf of the Client
