Finalization of Accounts, Scrutiny of TB

Monthly finalization of accounts as per group guidelines (Oman, KSA & UAE) along with Scrutiny of GL and TB

Coordinate audits & maintain financial documentation

Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports

Audit & Tax

§ Completion of Statutory Audit on or before country specific deadline (Oman, KSA & UAE)

§ Filing of VAT, CT and WHT if applicable on time for all the group companies in Oman, KSA and UAE

§ Ensure accounting accuracy & compliance with VAT/tax laws

Insurance

Group Insurance for Oman, KSA and UAE as per policy deadline

Strategic Works

§ Preparation of SOP

§ Developed comprehensive business models and strategic business plans for the new ventures.

§ Led a finance team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Bookkeeping

§ Bookkeeping for all the companies. Ensure accounting accuracy in SAP.

§ Lead year-end close processes, manage the general ledger including overseeing the trial balance.

§ Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis

Inter Group Reconciliation

Monthly reconciliation of intercompany and inter group transactions

Bank reconciliation

Reconciliation of all the Bank accounts of the group

Business Partnering

§ Monthly meeting with business heads of commercial vehicles, resolving outstanding issues if any and discussing respective MIS.

§ Manage financial operations, budgets & forecasts

§ Monitor cash flow, expenses & profitability

§ Develop financial strategies & cost-control measures

§ Developed Financial and operational KPIs to monitor the performance and efficiencies.

Educational Qualification

§ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.

§ Master’s Degree (MBA Finance) is an added advantage.

Professional Certifications (Preferred)

§ CPA (Certified Public Accountant)

§ CMA (Certified Management Accountant)

§ ACCA

§ CA (Chartered Accountant)

§ CFA (Preferred for investment/financial analysis roles)

Experience

§ Minimum 14–15 years of experience in finance and accounting.

§ Working knowledge of SAP

§ Oman & KSA/UAE experience is preferred.
