Wealth and Equity Advisor

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth and Equity Advisor to provide personalized investment and financial planning advice to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), and institutional clients. The role involves advising clients on portfolio construction, equity investments, wealth preservation, and long-term financial growth strategies aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Relationship Management:

o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored wealth advisory solutions.

o Conduct regular portfolio reviews and financial planning sessions with clients.

o Understand clients’ investment goals, risk appetite, and time horizon to offer customized advice.

· Investment Advisory:

o Provide research-driven equity recommendations including listed stocks, ETFs, and structured products.

o Monitor market trends, macroeconomic data, and portfolio performance to ensure alignment with client objectives.

o Assist in asset allocation strategies across equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and other asset classes.

· Financial Planning:

o Offer comprehensive financial planning services including retirement planning, tax optimization, succession planning, and estate management.

o Coordinate with legal and tax advisors when necessary to ensure holistic financial advice.

· Product Knowledge G Due Diligence:

o Maintain deep knowledge of financial products, especially in equities, derivatives, and wealth preservation instruments.

o Evaluate third-party investment products and perform due diligence on fund managers, PMS, AIFs, and mutual funds.

· Compliance G Reporting:

o Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation standards (e.g., KYC, risk profiling).

o Prepare and present performance reports and investment proposals to clients.

Ǫualifications G Skills:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

· financial certification preferred.

· 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, equity advisory, or private banking.

· Strong understanding of capital markets, equity research, and financial instruments.

· Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

· High ethical standards and client-centric approach.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Growth in Assets Under Advisory (AUA)

· Client acquisition and retention

· Client satisfaction and feedback

· Portfolio performance against benchmarks

· Compliance and regulatory adherence
