We’re looking for “Culture Transformation Team Member” who will be working in Culture Transformation team.

Responsibilities

1. Wealth App Development & Launch

• Own the end-to-end design, development, testing, and launch of the Wealth App
• Define information architecture, core modules, and product roadmap in collaboration with UX/UI and cross-functional teams
• Act as product owner for core modules such as fund transactions, portfolio view, performance tracking, and risk profiling

2. Digital Investment Product Management

• Manage mobile and web journeys for investment products including mutual funds, gold/silver, FX, Eurobonds, and more
• Improve digital experiences for TEFAS integrations, transaction rules, and product screens
• Design new screens and modules to increase product visibility and accessibility across channels

3. Wealth Management Customer Experience Design

• Design premium investment experiences tailored to HNW, mass affluent, and retail customer segments
• Optimize portfolio views, notifications, recommendation flows, and suitability processes
• Continuously enhance user experience through customer research and data-driven insights

4. Growth-Oriented Product Development

• Develop product features that support Growth team goals such as acquisition, activation, portfolio growth, and retention
• Design campaign modules, segment-based offers, and automated investment journeys
• Strengthen the digital investment funnel (acquisition → activation → investment → retention → upsell) through roadmap initiatives

5. Regulatory & Compliance Management

• Ensure product development complies with SPK, BDDK, MASAK, TBB, and TEFAS regulations
• Manage compliance approvals for campaigns, fund screens, and recommendation flows
• Identify product risks and plan mitigation actions proactively

6. Stakeholder & Project Management

• Collaborate closely with Fiba Portfolio, Technology, Data, Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on product performance, roadmap progress, and risks
• Manage integration processes with external partners such as API providers, robo-advisory platforms, and content providers

Qualifications:

• Strong product ownership experience in wealth management, investments, or digital banking
• Solid understanding of investment products and regulatory frameworks
• Ability to balance customer experience, growth objectives, and compliance requirements
• Proven experience working with cross-functional and external partners
• Data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
