Wealth Relationship Manager - DIFC & ADGM

NH Management is a corporate services and compliance advisory firm based in Dubai. We specialise in entity formation, wealth structuring, and regulatory licensing across ADGM, DIFC, VARA, and global jurisdictions. Our clients include family offices, fund managers, and institutional investors. We are now looking for a Wealth Relationship Manager to join our growing team.


Role Overview

As a Wealth Relationship Manager, you will act as the primary advisor and relationship lead for HNW and institutional clients exploring DIFC and ADGM solutions. You will explain available fund structures, corporate vehicles, and licensing options, while also managing the application process with regulators.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of client-facing advisory and technical execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on wealth and fund structuring options within DIFC and ADGM (e.g. funds, SPVs, foundations, holding companies).
  • Manage end-to-end applications with DFSA, FSRA, and Registrar of Companies.
  • Build strong relationships with HNW clients, family offices, and asset managers.
  • Coordinate with custodians, fund administrators, and auditors under NH’s umbrella.
  • Support clients with regulatory and compliance requirements related to wealth management and fund licensing.
  • Stay up to date on UAE regulatory developments and international structuring trends.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 3–7 years’ experience in private wealth, fund administration, or regulatory advisory (DIFC/ADGM experience highly preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of DFSA and/or FSRA regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with HNWIs and institutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple mandates.
