Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.

Synergy Companies is looking for a new Weatherization specialist to join our Fresno team. We need someone who is hard working , reliable, organized and has the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings
• Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
• Replace shower heads and aerators
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned
• Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment
• Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
• MInor electrical repairs, fan installation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand - held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Wx certified (bonus)
• Ngat certification (bonus)
• Detail oriented with paperwork
