The Web Channels Senior Manager (Chapter Lead) is responsible for defining the strategy, governance, and performance of all web-based channels across the organization. This role provides senior-level leadership across engineering, UX, and content, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing digital experiences aligned with business objectives.
The Chapter Lead drives best practices, enables capability growth, and ensures the continuous evolution of web platforms and delivery models.
Key Responsibilities

Define and own the
web channels strategy and roadmap
aligned with business and digital transformation goals

Lead, mentor, and scale a
high-performing web chapter
(front-end, back-end, and platform engineers)

Establish
standards, governance, and best practices
across web development and delivery

Oversee
architecture, performance, scalability, and security
of web platforms

Drive
cross-functional alignment
with product, UX, marketing, and business teams

Ensure
consistent branding, usability, accessibility, and user experience
across all web channels

Introduce and standardize
modern frameworks, tools, and engineering practices

Monitor and improve
web performance KPIs, user engagement, and conversion metrics

Lead
continuous improvement initiatives
and platform modernization efforts
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

9–12 years of experience
in web technologies, including leadership roles

Proven experience leading
large-scale web platforms or digital channels

Strong understanding of
modern web architecture, APIs, CMS, and cloud environments

Experience managing
cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on or leadership experience with
React, Angular, Node.js
