Web Content Developer

We are looking for a Web Content Developer who is passionate about creating, optimizing, and managing digital content. The ideal candidate will have a mix of content writing, editing, SEO, and basic front-end web development skills.

You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure that websites are not only visually appealing but also optimized for performance, user experience, and search engines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and publish engaging content for websites and digital platforms.
• Work with web developers/designers to integrate content into websites.
• Ensure all content follows SEO best practices.
• Optimize web pages for readability, speed, and accessibility.
• Maintain consistency in tone, branding, and style across all platforms.
• Research industry-related topics and recommend new content strategies.
• Troubleshoot and update content using CMS platforms (WordPress, custom PHP, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Web Content Developer, Content Writer, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web technologies.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, custom systems).
• Good understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points)

• Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
• Familiarity with JavaScript and PHP basics.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, or SEMrush/Ahrefs.
• Experience working with e-commerce platforms.
