Web Design Associate

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Web Designer to join our Brand team. You will play a key role in designing and enhancing our AIO corporate website, ensuring a world-class, user-centric, and modern digital experience. This role requires strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of UX principles, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Design clean, modern, and responsive UI layouts for our AIO corporate website.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows based on user needs and business goals.
• Work closely with brand, marketing, and development teams to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all web experiences.
• Conduct UX research, competitor benchmarking, and usability reviews.
• Develop design assets such as banners, icons, illustrations, and other web UI elements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Identify opportunities for improving user experience and propose design solutions.
• Stay updated with UI/UX best practices, modern design trends, and emerging web technologies.
  
  

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

• Bachelor's degree in Design, UI/UX, HCI, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for websites (corporate or brand websites preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of UX research, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Experience working on corporate or multi-brand websites.
• Motion graphics or micro-interaction design skills.
• Experience using design systems.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly design principles.
