Web Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer 2-3 years with strong experience in Shopify theme design and customization. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern design principles, user experience (UX/UI), and Shopify’s Liquid framework. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to design visually appealing, high-converting eCommerce websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize Shopify themes to match brand guidelines and UX best practices.
• Create responsive layouts and ensure cross-device compatibility.
• Collaborate with developers to implement new sections, templates, and functionalities.
• Optimize website pages for speed, conversion, and SEO.
• Design homepage, product, collection, and landing pages.
• Work with tools like Figma, Photoshop, or Illustrator to create UI/UX mockups.
• Update and maintain existing Shopify stores.
• Implement best practices for user interface (UI) consistency and brand experience.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Shopify web design.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify themes (Dawn, Prestige, Motion, etc.).
• Good understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, CRO, and website performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify apps, metafields, and custom sections.
• Knowledge of Shopify Hydrogen / React.
• Basic graphic design or animation skills.
• Familiarity with Shopify Plus and headless eCommerce setups.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
