Web Designer & Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Web Designer & Developer to design, develop, and maintain company websites and web applications. The role involves creating user-friendly, visually appealing, and high-performing websites while ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites and landing pages
• Maintain and enhance existing websites
• Create UI/UX designs aligned with company branding
• Develop front-end and back-end functionalities
• Ensure website performance, security, and scalability
• Coordinate with internal teams for content and requirements
• Manage domain, hosting, and website updates
• Optimize websites for SEO and speed
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement fixes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Design, or related field (preferred)
• 2–5 years experience in web design and development
• Strong knowledge of:
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• PHP / Python / Node.js (any one)
• CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles
• Familiarity with databases and hosting environments
• Good communication skills in English
