Web Designer / Founder - Figma

I’m looking to hire a full time position and partner with a talented Web Designer who wants more than just a job someone who wants to help build and grow an agency from the ground up as a partner/founder or equity holder.

About Me

I currently run a successful eCommerce agency and am looking to move into a local business marketing agency. This is an opportunity to get in early, help shape the vision, and build something meaningful long-term.

What I’m Looking For

A self-starter who:

• Has a strong understanding of Figma and CRO
• Is skilled in graphic design and branding
• Understands and leverages AI tools in design workflows
• Is willing to be “in the trenches” early on
• Looking to learn and understand all aspects of marketing pertaining to the businesses and looking to understand and grow a business
• Wants to grow into leading and managing a design + QA team and more
• Thinks like an owner, not an employee

The Opportunity

• Strong portfolio (web design + branding)

• Organized and systems-oriented
• Hungry to build something long-term
