Key Responsibilities:Web Development:

• PHP Development: Write clean, efficient custom PHP code to enhance website functionality, manage dynamic content, and integrate with MySQL databases.
• WordPress Theme Customization: Modify existing WordPress themes or build custom themes from scratch that align with client branding and functional requirements.
• Plugin Development and Customization: Develop custom plugins or adjust existing ones to meet unique website requirements.
• Database Management: Manage and optimize MySQL databases to ensure secure, efficient data handling and improved site performance.
• Responsive Design & Performance Optimization: Ensure all websites are fully responsive, mobile-friendly, fast, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

Design:

• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and user experience.
• Front-End Development: Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to design engaging, responsive, and interactive websites.
• User-Centered Design: Collaborate with the design team to create seamless user flows and ensure a positive digital experience.

Content Management & SEO:

• WordPress CMS Expertise: Leverage the WordPress CMS to assist clients in managing their website content efficiently.
• SEO Best Practices: Implement on-page SEO techniques to enhance website visibility and improve search rankings.
• Ongoing Website Maintenance: Provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure websites continue to run smoothly.

Collaboration:

• Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored, creative web solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and project managers to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality projects.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• PHP: Proficiency in PHP for custom development, content management, and dynamic functionality.
• WordPress: Strong experience in WordPress theme and plugin development, as well as troubleshooting and customization.
• Front-End Technologies: Solid skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus.
• UI/UX Design: Expertise in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing overall user experience.
• SEO Knowledge: Experience with search engine optimization, both technical and content-focused.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Design Tools: Proficiency with design software such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop for creating mockups, wireframes, and visual assets.
