• Lead and manage web development projects, including regular updates, enhancements, and maintenance of our WordPress website.
• Customize and optimize our Bitrix24 CRM, ensuring smooth integration and workflow automation across departments.
• Provide IT support, ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system uptime and infrastructure reliability.
• Apply best practices in UI/UX to deliver responsive and intuitive user experiences.
• Implement and track effective SEO strategies to boost search rankings and web traffic.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital tools and campaigns powered by data-driven CRM insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• WordPress development and customization
• Bitrix24 CRM configuration and workflow design
• IT support and systems administration
• Proficiency in at least one server-side technology (Java, PHP, NodeJS, Python, Ruby)
• Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
