Web Development & AI Trainer

About the Role:

Big Binary Tech is seeking a dynamic and skilled AI & Web Development Trainer to mentor students in next-generation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over both Full Stack Web Development and Artificial Intelligence, with the ability to deliver practical, project-based learning that bridges academic knowledge and real-world industry application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging classes and workshops covering AI, Python, and Full Stack Web Development (Frontend & Backend).
• Design and implement industry-relevant projects that integrate AI into web platforms.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions focused on modern frameworks and tools such as React.js, Node.js, Django, TensorFlow, and MongoDB.
• Develop course materials, assignments, and project guidelines aligned with Big Binary Tech’s academic standards.
• Evaluate student performance, provide mentorship, and guide them toward employability and innovation.
• Collaborate with the Academic and Placement teams to align training outcomes with market requirements.
• Maintain class attendance, discipline, and quality standards as per institutional policy.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, and Flask/Django.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Neural Networks, and AI model deployment.
• Ability to integrate AI models into live web applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior teaching, training, or mentorship experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in AI, ML, or Full Stack Development will be an advantage.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development or teaching/training.
