We are currently seeking a skilled and organized Web Development Coordinator to join our growing team in Qatar.

Position Overview

The Web Development Coordinator will oversee website development projects, coordinate between clients and technical teams, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate website development projects from planning to deployment
• Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Assist in website testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and workflow tracking
• Support content updates, SEO implementation, and digital optimization tasks
• Ensure websites meet responsiveness, usability, and security standards
• Stay updated on current web technologies and digital trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, Digital Media, or related field
• Previous experience in web development coordination, digital project management, or website administration preferred
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, WordPress, CMS platforms, and responsive design
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is an advantage
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
