Web Development Intern

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of PHP back-end development.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in WordPress development and customization.
• Familiarity with PHP frameworks such as CodeIgniter or Symfony is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of working with RESTful APIs and data formats like JSON and XML is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and redesign WordPress-based websites and PHP framework-driven web applications.
• Convert design mockups and graphics into responsive CSS/XHTML themes.
• Integrate data from multiple back-end services, APIs, and databases.
• Gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements and specifications.
• Manage website layout, structure, and page content placement based on client needs.
• Design and maintain relational database schemas.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting of existing websites and applications.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 months of relevant experience in PHP/WordPress development or web development.
