Job Title: Web & Graphic Designer
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (In-office)
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (DOE) + Benefits & Performance Bonus

Our site runs on WordPress and is a lead-generation engine. We’re hiring an in-house designer to own the visual identity and performance of our two brands.

What You’ll Do

• Design & develop responsive WordPress sites using Elementor, custom themes, and plugins (Yoast, WPForms).
• Create high-converting graphics: Landing page visuals, infographics, social assets, and email templates.
• Collaborate with marketing to A/B test designs for lead capture (forms, pop-ups, exit-intent).
• Optimize for speed, mobile, and SEO – every pixel drives trust and conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency across both of our brands (tone: empathetic, authoritative, anti-corporate).
• Quick-turn updates for bilingual (Spanish) campaigns and seasonal pushes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in web + graphic design
• Strong WordPress portfolio (live sites with custom layouts, fast load times)
• Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) + Figma/Canva
• Bonus:
• Experience with consumer advocacy, legal, or energy niches
• Spanish fluency (for timeshare outreach)
• Basic HTML/CSS or SEO knowledge
