Webflow Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive Webflow websites and landing pages.
• Translate Figma or Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect Webflow builds.
• Implement CMS collections, animations, and interactions.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and optimized for all devices.
• Integrate third-party tools (such as analytics, marketing automation, or payment platforms).
• Manage site updates, versioning, and deployments.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to improve UX/UI and maintain brand consistency.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in Webflow projects

Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow sites (portfolio required).
• Deep understanding of Webflow CMS, interactions, and custom code embedding.
• Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (custom code integrations within Webflow).
• Familiarity with SEO principles, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Zapier, Airtable, or Make (Integromat) for automation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
