About You:
As a Presence Accounts & Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering award-winning websites that help our clients grow their businesses online. In this role you will own the full delivery cycle of each website - ensuring projects move smoothly from intake to launch, bridging communication across SEO, Design, Development, Customer Success teams and the customer. Through thoughtful coordination, you will ensure every website we launch is not only visually aligned with the brand, but also built to drive engagement, boost conversions, and deliver a seamless customer experience. This is not an entry-level role and requires proven expertise in managing customer accounts, end-to-end website experiences, UX, Project Management, ideally within an agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage the entire website delivery timeline - from client intake to final launch.
- Maintain alignment across Design, Development, and SEO teams by running structured standups, check-ins, and milestone reviews.
- Anticipate blockers, manage dependencies, and keep all stakeholders, including the customer, informed with clarity and consistency.
- Track tasks, tickets, and feedback through tools like Jira and Zoho to ensure accountability and velocity.
- Coordinate QA, DNS updates, and launch readiness - confirming all technical handoffs are complete.
Client Communication & Expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the build process.
- Lead kickoff and discovery calls to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for production teams.
- Provide regular status updates, flag delays early, and deliver polished website delivery presentations at completion.
- Facilitate feedback loops between clients and internal teams, ensuring changes are captured accurately and managed within scope.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain dashboards and documentation that support transparency and repeatability.
- Partner with leadership to refine processes that improve delivery efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure websites meet quality standards (visual alignment, UX best practices, and performance) before client review or go-live.
Technical Responsibilities
(Not hands-on — but must understand the moving parts well enough to coordinate effectively)
- Working knowledge of WordPress + Elementor to navigate builds, verify progress, and QA deliverables.
- Basic understanding of DNS, domains, MX records, and how they fit into website deployment.
- Awareness of SEO fundamentals (page indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema readiness) to facilitate proper team collaboration.
- Familiarity with multiple CMS platforms (e.g., Wix, Squarespace) to communicate intelligently with clients using different systems.
- Comfort with AI-assisted tools for task management, QA automation, and content summarization.
Soft Skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation - capable of translating technical terms into client-friendly updates.
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects.

Experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in project or account management within a digital agency or web production environment.
- Demonstrated success delivering website projects on time, on scope, and within quality standards.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Zoho, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Slack/Teams, and MS365 for collaboration.
