Website and Ecommerce Manager (SEO, GEO & AI Specialist)

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Website and Ecommerce Manager to lead our digital presence. We are looking for an innovative professional who not only understands traditional search algorithms but is also deeply passionate about the future of AI and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). You will take ownership of our website infrastructure, drive targeted traffic, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools to optimize our digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, update, and optimize our company website, ensuring high performance, security, and exceptional user experience.
• Spearhead our SEO and GEO strategies to ensure maximum visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven recommendation platforms.
• Integrate and deploy AI tools and AI agents to automate website management, content generation, and operational workflows.
• Monitor site analytics, track rankings, and continuously implement data-driven improvements.
• Potentially oversee and align our digital presence with regional e-commerce marketplaces.

Must-Have Qualifications (Strict Requirements):

• SEO & GEO Expertise: You must have a minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in SEO, alongside hands-on experience and a clear understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
• AI Proficiency: You must have practical experience with and a strong passion for AI tools, particularly AI agents. You should be able to demonstrate how you use AI to improve efficiency and digital output.

Preferred Qualifications & Bonus Points:

• CMS & Builder Experience: A strong background in WordPress website management and development, with highly preferred hands-on experience using the Bricks builder.
• E-commerce Experience: Previous operational and management experience with major e-commerce platforms, particularly Noon or Amazon, is a significant advantage.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
