II. Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the company's Shopify independent store, including store setup, product listing, page decoration, and payment/logistics module configuration, to ensure the stable operation of the store.

​

2. Lead ad streaming work across multiple platforms (such as Google, Meta, TikTok), formulate delivery strategies based on Shopify store data, and achieve precise traffic acquisition.

​

3. Optimize the conversion path of the Shopify store, and improve the order conversion rate through plugin configuration, user experience adjustment, and promotion setup (e.g., discount codes, full reduction offers).

​

4. Regularly review Shopify backend data (traffic, conversion, average order value) and ad delivery data, produce analysis reports, and iterate on operational strategies to achieve performance goals.

III. Job Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience in operating Shopify independent stores; experience in cross-border e-commerce (especially in the Middle East/European and American markets) is preferred.

2. Proficient in Shopify backend operations, able to independently complete the entire process of store setup, plugin installation (e.g., email marketing and data analysis plugins), and order management.

​

3. Skilled in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; able to independently formulate ad streaming plans, monitor ROI, and be good at adjusting delivery rhythms based on data.

​

4. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) as a working language; understand the consumption preferences and cultural customs of Middle Eastern users, and be able to optimize store content accordingly.

​

5. Possess strong data sensitivity, able to analyze operational issues using tools such as Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics, and proactively propose optimization solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
