Website Design Internship

ESCOL Network, is a music and entertainment company specialized in the Latin Christian Music Industry. The company provides various artist and label services, such as: talent management, artist development, marketing, and music publishing.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and website design intern to join our marketing team. The Website Design intern will help produce creative assets for album and single cover arts, social media, email marketing, web and print ads, blogs, the website, and promotional materials such as flyers, postcards, and presentations.

All student candidates must be aware of the music and social trends in Latin Christian music and entertainment, as well as be currently enrolled in a college, university, or technical school. Candidates should display strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as ingenuity, and an eagerness to learn. Candidates must also possess excellent computer skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required. Students will be asked to intern at least twenty-four hours a week, however we will try our best to work around your schedule.

The Website Design intern will assist in creating the look, layout, and features of our client's websites. The position involves understanding both graphic design and computer programming. The designer helps with maintenance and additions to the website. They work with development teams and managers for keeping the site up-to-date and prioritizing needs, among other tasks.

Prior Experience with the following software is preferred:

• HTML5
• InVision
• Adobe Creative Suite
• WordPress
• JavaScript
• Click Funnels

This is an internship experience for college credit.

We are currently recruiting an intern for a Website Design internship position. Applicants must be able to do the following:

Skills & Key Qualifications:

• Cut down our offer creation-to-launch time
• Data-driven & decisive decision-making skills
• Ambitious and highly motivated to perform at the highest level
• Quickly gain a deep understanding of our brand, programs, and clients
• Prioritizes actions & tests based on the easiest levers to pull with the biggest results
• Able to quickly generate a responsive & full-stack funnel, with ideal/correct UX & UI
• In-depth knowledge of Clickfunnels and “Funnel Hacking”
• Strong understanding of all areas of digital marketing- SEO, Ads placement, email marketing, automation sequences, etc.
• Create an A/B Testing SOP to test 1 variable per week (minimum) per offer/funnel with reliable tracking metrics (UTMs)
• Monitors funnel changes, duplications, and tests so that they remain stable throughout the new offer launches and updates to existing funnel flows
• Able to troubleshoot, identify, and fix any Clickfunnel issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Web Design, or related fields
• 2+ years of prior experience in website design and managing websites
• Prior experience at a digital marketing agency
• Strong knowledge of social media trends and the competitive landscape on digital marketing
• Conversational and written fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Conversational and written fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
• Excellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and balance priorities
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
