About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Designer with a minimum of 5 years in the industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of website design projects, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to deliver visually appealing, responsive, and functional web designs that align with our brand goals.

This role requires collaboration with developers, marketers, and content creators to deliver engaging digital experiences across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites and landing pages
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups based on project requirements
• Ensure consistent branding, style, and UX across all web assets
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and technologies
• Conduct UX research and apply insights to improve user journeys
• Optimize designs for speed, SEO, and cross-platform performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in website design or UI/UX roles
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (coding knowledge is a plus)
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating design versatility and creative problem-solving
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners will be given preference
• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices
• Basic understanding of JavaScript or front-end frameworks is a plus
