Website Designer

About the Role

We are hiring a Website Developer to help build two core assets:

• A library of 100+ high-converting landing page templates
• A large-scale tourism website positioned designed to sell tours, promote destinations, and generate revenue

This is a build-first role. The first phase is execution-heavy. The second phase is long-term development and scaling.

If you like structured output, measurable quotas, and building real digital assets — this role is for you.

Phase 1: Landing Page Template Build (Initial Project)

Your first responsibility is to build 100 landing page templates using a framework that we will create.

These templates will:

• Follow proven conversion structures
• Be optimized for speed and performance
• Be mobile-first
• Be SEO-ready
• Be easy to duplicate and customize
• Include strong above-the-fold sections
• Support A/B testing

You will work to form structured SOPs and clear guidelines.

Copy will be provided or created separately — your focus is layout, responsiveness, performance, and clean implementation.

Ongoing Responsibility: Monthly Landing Page Quota

After the initial 100 templates are complete, you will:

• Build and deploy a set number of landing pages per month
• Customize templates for client offers
• Optimize for speed and performance
• Implement revisions based on internal feedback
• Support A/B testing setup

You must be comfortable working at production speed without sacrificing quality.

Phase 2: Tourism Website Development

You will also play a major role in building and scaling a tourism platform focused on Pakistan.

The website will:

• Feature destinations across the country
• Sell tours directly
• Capture leads
• Host long-form content
• Integrate booking functionality
• Include SEO-driven pages
• Support email capture and automation
• Be built for international audiences

This is not a small brochure site.

It is a long-term authority platform designed for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop fast, responsive, scalable websites
• Maintain clean code and structure
• Optimize Core Web Vitals
• Ensure strong UX across desktop and mobile
• Integrate payment and booking systems (if required)
• Collaborate with copy and marketing teams
• Follow/Create internal SOPs
• Meet monthly production quotas

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern web development platforms (Webflow, WordPress, Framer, or similar)
• Understanding of conversion-focused design
• Knowledge of performance optimization
• Experience building scalable websites
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Own laptop or computer
• Stable internet connection
• Available Monday–Friday
