Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Website Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development, user experience principles, and emerging web technologies. The role involves creating visually appealing, functional, and secure websites that align with project objectives and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and responsive websites using modern web technologies.
• Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Laravel, WordPress).
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content teams, and backend developers to implement visually appealing layouts.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and overall performance.
• Implement CMS (Content Management Systems) such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools when necessary.
• Maintain security protocols, perform website testing, debugging, and updates.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated with current trends and technologies in web design and development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience in website design and development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, React, Node.js, or Laravel (optional but preferred)
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console)
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience

• Experience in developing government, corporate, or e-commerce websites.
• Familiarity with hosting servers, domain management, and SSL implementation.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and accessibility standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
