Website Developer Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative professional with a passion for website design, development, and marketing to enhance our online presence. This role is critical in showcasing the innovative work Texas Boombox does, driving customer engagement, and managing our growing product catalog on our Wix-powered platform.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the Texas Boombox website, including adding new products, services, and high-quality imagery.
• Redesign and optimize the website for a seamless user experience and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, including designing newsletters, list segmentation, and automation.
• Create and execute digital marketing strategies (e.g., social media integration, SEO, PPC campaigns) to boost traffic and sales.
• Ensure the website effectively showcases our custom vehicle solutions and reflects the Texas Boombox brand.
• Analyze web traffic data and user behavior to recommend and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot website functionality issues and coordinate with other team members for ongoing improvements.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in website design and development, preferably on Wordpress & experience with Host Gator.
• Strong portfolio highlighting e-commerce and/or service-based websites.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and digital marketing tools.
• Deep understanding of SEO & AISEO best practices and web analytics (Google Analytics, Wix insights).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align website content with the Texas Boombox voice.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to El Paso, Texas.
